The request is made after the 7-day period
You’ve consumed a significant portion of the course
There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized sharing of course content

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our website
